Make the signal
easier to find.

Community issues can be important without being easy to see. This project explores a more structured way to present local concerns, help people understand what is happening, and create a clearer path from observation to action.

The interface focuses on hierarchy and legibility: show the issue, make its context understandable, and keep the next action visible.

What I was thinking about

01

Clarity

Can a visitor understand what the issue is before they need to learn the interface?

02

Context

Can the details give enough information for someone to care, respond, or follow up?

03

Momentum

Can the product make a next step feel available instead of leaving the user at a dead end?

Next iteration

The next pass would deepen the case study with user feedback, a fuller data model, and a clearer explanation of the technical architecture. The important foundation is here: a real problem, a visible interface, and room to make the product more useful.
